
Hexanomaly

Hexanomaly is a mixed reality strategy board game in multiplayer supporting up to 4 players. The game was made in Unity 6.
In Hexanomaly you play as a leader of one of the four factions consisting of murderously cute animals. Your goal is to conquer and defeat all other factions and rise the ranks to be the last one remaining on the board.
The game was made together with a team consisting of XR Design students in Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
In Hexanomaly I worked as a VFX artist, concept artist and an assisting coder. I concepted and made the Space Anomaly in the middle of the board, the fight indicator effect and the win fight effect. I also helped with the early concepts for our factions, 3D modeled the units and their banners.
